Supplier focus is interoperability
Medidata has launched a technology partner program to advance standards-based interoperability and data sharing across clinical trial technologies. The company says the program recognizes technology vendors, contract research organizations and others that offer solutions supporting data sharing with Medidata products, including the standards-based, open architecture Rave platform.
The goal is to streamline and enhance the end-to-end e-clinical process, according to an announcement.
Rave is an electronic data capture, management and reporting solution. The program follows the launch of the company's Develper Central initiative, an online community that supports developers' efforts to integrate clinical trial solutions with Rave, and Rave Web Services API, a CDISC-compliant tool for standards-based data sharing.
