Pharma near top in litigation risk thanks to social media, Web 2.0
Drug companies tied with travel companies in the risk of litigation due to social networking sites and other Web 2.0 services. Pharma trailed energy, which earned the gold medal, by just 0.25 on a scale of 10, but somehow came out more at risk than the oft-vilified finance companies. The poll rated the 100 companies that comprise the Financial Times Stock Exchange, two-thirds of which have previously been sued or initiated legal action. Article
