Omnicare Clinical Research raves sponsors
Contract researcher Omnicare Clinical Research has attained the Rave Accredited Plus level in Medidata's ASPire to Win program. As an Accredited Plus partner, Omnicare Clinical Research is now able to offer its customers end-user training on the Rave platform. It can also provide study build, reporting and output services via the platform, as well as integration and migration services.
Omnicare, which services Phase I through IV studies in 31 countries, boasts a clinical data management force of more than 60 programmers supporting some 100 EDC database configurations each year. The CRO first joined the Medidata program last January.
The ASPire to Win program launched in 2005 as a program to help CROs provide Rave implementation services. The program now comprises some 20 partners, the company says.
Medidata last month announced a multi-year contract extension with Bristol-Myers Squibb (NYSE: BMY) for Medidata Grants Manager, an investigator site benchmarking tool that helps sponsors ensure fair and consistent investigator payments, mitigate compliance risks and reduce trial start-up time.
