CROs in France, Germany adopt Oracle systems
With locations in France and Belgium, contract researcher Keyrus Biopharma has standardized on the Oracle Clinical and Oracle Database products as it begins an expansion across Europe. The CRO worked with German systems integrator and Oracle partner Pharmasol on the implementation.
"As a midsize organization, we needed a reliable but easy-to-implement clinical data management system," says Olivier Perrot, head of data management at Keyrus, in an announcement.
Pharmasol helped another midsize CRO with Oracle implementations last fall. Berlin-based Assign International equipped affiliates in Europe and South America with automated solutions for trial management and data-handling functions. The CRO's Data Management & Biostatistics affiliate, for example, adopted Oracle Clinical, as well as the remote data capture and adverse event reporting systems. And several affiliates responsible for managing clinical trial processes migrated to the Siebel Clinical Trial Management System.
