CRO service joins trial data, health records
A contract research organization and a software vendor have teamed to join clinical trial software and electronic health records in one solution.
The partnership of CRO Target Health and solutions provider LifeOnKey promises drug developers continuity between the development and post-market phases of a drug's lifecycle. Via the Target Health clinical trial software, researchers can capture, analyze and assess trial data. The LifeOnKey solution, meanwhile, provides an electronic record that can be used to manage and monitor subjects.
The service will aid subject recruitment on the front end and patient monitoring on the back end, the companies say, in addition to tracking medication effectiveness and side effects.
